"Over the last seven years I have successfully completed an ILM Level 3 and Foundation Degree in Leadership and Management. This resulted in the successful completion of a BA (Hons) Degree in Applied Management at Sunderland University.

I am in no doubt that my lecturers during my studies contributed enormously to my successful completion of my degree. The courses were well structured, organised and more importantly well delivered which enabled all of the students to get the absolute maximum out of the courses.

This has enabled me to develop both personally, professionally and to set the foundations which will enable me to achieve my goals, both long term and short term.

Another aspect of these programs was the practical knowledge, experience and guidance of the lecturers which enabled students to relate the teachings and theories taught to their places of work in an open forum where discussion, debate and advice giving were actively encouraged.
